Right, this is a sort-of-kind-of important news and while I think this is not newsworthy, I thought I’d let you know.
The owner of the website will soon stop paying for the bills to keep this website online, and he’ll transfer ownership to me and I’ll pay for the monthly bills from now on. The monthly bill is just $20 for Lazy Lily.moe and Blog.Lazy Lily, but since this is unexpected news, I currently have no funds and I may kill off the blog, save $10 per month, and probably host the blog in wordpress or something (blog.lazylily.wordress is a downgrade for me). Or I could keep both, but it ultimately depends if I can afford the $20 monthly upkeep. I mean, I never tried this before.
The point of this post is there will be times Lazy Lily will go offline. I’ll try to set aside $120 or $240 (if I want to keep the blog) per year and keep this little baby of mine alive and kicking.
I’m not gonna go whine about bad things keep happening to me, but I’d say this transition is a good thing. Sooner or later I’ll be the one carrying my group and I gotta start somewhere. I think this is the right time to do so.
